Give thanks for all of the opportunities
that even our struggles bring
Although members were only able to get on the ice for about a month this season, the joy at being back to playing a beloved sport was obvious. The Board of Directors and Staff at the Rose City Curling Club are grateful to our members and the very supportive community in which we live for the assistance given to us during this very challenging year. There may not have been much activity at the Club but our latest newsletter recaps a few notable mentions.
We close this season on a somber note as we remember Vic Luckwell, our oldest curling member for the past several years. The Rose City Curling Club would like to extend its condolences to Vic’s family and invite you to click HERE to read the 2019 news article we published about Vic and his curling highlights. Thank you Vic for being a dedicated club member, we will miss you!
Sarah is already planning for next season and will update members as necessary throughout the summer. As always, if anyone needs to contact Sarah in the off season, please leave a phone message at 780-672-4152 or send an email to email@example.com and Sarah will get back to you. Here’s hoping everyone stays healthy and we wish you all a good summer! See you in the fall.
